Normally I would have driven farther, but since I’m currently staying at my boyfriend’s place, this was the closest office—so I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. My first visit went smoothly, and the female employee who helped me was courteous and efficient. A week later I returned to ship an international package and happened to be assisted by the same employee, Shae (if I have her name right). She patiently helped me find the most affordable way to send my parcel and answered all my questions. I even told her how surprised I was because the online reviews didn’t match my experience. I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions here, and I’m truly grateful for Shae’s excellent customer service.
