    Ecquadro is the worst employee there. Every single time there is an issue. Worst attitude, customer service skills are non existent. I always hope to get the lady in the middle. She explains things thoroughly, in a calm manner with every person she comes in contact with. Unfortunately her coworker doesn’t know how to do the same. I will never come back. He should work from home or with animals.

    When into delivery package set in line while a customer was being helped. The customer was Hispanic when you’re not speak any English, the teller was a Hispanic that I could tell because of his accent. The customer could not understand anything the teller was saying in English when the customer said that you speak Spanish, the teller said I don’t speak Spanish here, knowing that he speaks Spanish because I’ve spoken to him in Spanish before and I think that that was disrespectful and rude, and then when I went up to the window to get a package sent, he gave me a hard time cause I asked him about the pricing because I felt like I was being charged more than what I normally charged to ship the item that I was shipping.

    La peor experiencia del mundo no me quisieron atender porque no hablaba inglés y habiendo personal que habla español fui a otro y me atendió el mánager y le expliqué por lo que me paso y dice que por no hablar inglés ellos no te deben decir que no te pueden atender. Mal servicio la verdad a parte que no sabían ni que tenían cita, yo hablándole en inglés no querían atenderme la verdad eso no se hace deberían chequearlo el personal que tienen y muy mala educación eso es descriminacion habiendo un latino ahí que habla español, espero que los que lean los comentarios no vallan a este lugar por algo lo vi tan vacío cuando entré, y deberían cambiar a la morena de pelo rojo porque ella ni ganas de trabajar tiene

    Cha and her supervisor were so helpful! They saw I was in distress with the cost of how much everything was going to cost & instead of dismissing me that started giving me options to decrease the cost of the box I was shipping. Cha even went as far to pack the box for me to fit everything and gave me a Xmas bow as they were gifts. Great service!!

    Pésimo servicio te atienden super mal si no hablas inglés. Esta gente no siente amor por su trabajo y uno es quien recibe este pésimo servicio. Fuimos mi mujer y yo a sacar el pasaporte para nuestro hijo y el señor que nos atendió no nos quiso hacer el tramite por nuestro inglés. Nosotros hablamos un inglés bien basico pero nos da para comunicarnos sin problemas. Pero lo que pasa es que no quieren atender latino. Bueno espero que esta opinión les sirva y elijan otro lugar donde hacer tramites . Ahí no regreso mas nunca Deberían de tener gente que hablen español y tener empleados que sientan amor por su trabajo uno paga por los trámites no son regalados . Pero ellos deben de cobrar de igual manera..... Asco de gente
