They saw I was in distress with the cost of how much everything was going to cost & instead of dismissing me that started giving me options to decrease the cost of the box I was shipping. Cha even went as far to pack the box for me to fit everything and gave me a Xmas bow as they were gifts. Great service!!

Fuimos mi mujer y yo a sacar el pasaporte para nuestro hijo y el señor que nos atendió no nos quiso hacer el tramite por nuestro inglés. Nosotros hablamos un inglés bien basico pero nos da para comunicarnos sin problemas. Pero lo que pasa es que no quieren atender latino. Bueno espero que esta opinión les sirva y elijan otro lugar donde hacer tramites . Ahí no regreso mas nunca Deberían de tener gente que hablen español y tener empleados que sientan amor por su trabajo uno paga por los trámites no son regalados . Pero ellos deben de cobrar de igual manera..... Asco de gente
