- ADAnnie DaoFeb 13, 20261.0The staff at this downtown location are consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. Every experience I've had here has been incredibly stressful. The employees appear as though they do not want to be there and treat assisting customers as a burden rather than their job. I live in the area and have visited over a dozen times, and each visit is unpleasantly consistent. Today was the final straw. To be clear, this isn't about one specific individual; it is the entire team I have encountered at this location as a whole. If there were other accessible Post Offices near downtown, I would go out of my way to avoid this location entirely.

Customer service is hard for them. Go to UPS
