I never have to wait long and they are quite efficient. I don't live anywhere near here, but I always come here because I know my packages will get postmarked and get shipped out immediately. When I've tried the ones inside the Shell stations, my packages will sit there for days before being picked up. I see a lot of people come in for the same reason, often with stuff for eBay, so they must trust them with their packages as well.
