Their maps clearly showed that is two day delivery time. The passport is still sitting in Tampa. I called The USPS main number and they were unable to provide anything when I spoke to a supervisor they did give me a number for the local post office, which I called and no one picked up or was able to leave a message. Now when I call back the past usps number it doesn’t give me any other options other than to say where my package is. My complaint is that was supposed to be delivered in two days and from what their site says(their map) and what the representative said was it will be delivered on Monday is 4 Eligible days for priority mail, five days total. The passport has sat in Tampa for a day and a half. I can’t see why they would hold onto the package Thursday, Friday and Saturday instead of just delivering it and nobody can give me an answer.
