I told the employee I needed a box for my item and we need to measure it. She grabbed the item from the top and broke it off. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I told her she broke it and she just said no I didn’t. She didn’t care at all that she broke it and offered to do nothing. Do not go to this store! No common sense and no concern at all. I see the owner responds to reviews. Don’t bother.

Everything was horrible...way too much to write. Needless to say I drove across the street to the Post Office and rented 1 for twice as long and $20.00 cheaper. Don't walk - run away!
