- KBKatie BowmanFeb 25, 20265.0I’ve been to MANY UPS Stores, and this one is by far the best! John, Nicole, Lee, Buckee, and Duncan are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. They offer laser printing and even have the machine to date certified mail (which not all UPS Stores have). I come here often and have never had a single issue. BEST STORE. BEST EMPLOYEES!

- LILisa ImperialeJan 5, 20261.0I don’t know why these companies think they don’t have to train their people to be polite and kind to their customers but when I walk in and you look at me, I expect you to say hi how are you doing and if you want me to approach the counter, then you have to speak to me, you have to use your words. I don’t work here. I shouldn’t be leading these interactions. And if I say hi, how are you, don’t you say good and stand there like an idiot, be polite, did your parents not teach you anything? Train your people better, this is pathetic in 2026. And if it was up to me, I wouldn’t even come to the store, but sometimes Amazon makes me if it was up to me. I would never come here, I have never had a good experience here, your staff sucks.
