I love how he is always at the register ready to assist his customers with a big smile. He could be doing one thing but he’ll stop and assist me or another customer Great Multitasking I’ve noticed! As for the other two girls, they always have this look of “great I have to help another customer.” They make me feel uncomfortable and which is why I literally only go to John for assistance. John you’re awesome keep being you!

An employee named Lee (according to his name tag) was extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in with a prepaid label and put my package in a yellow paper envelope, which usually totals around $2 per package. Lee printed my label completely wrong it looked faded and off-centered so I politely mentioned that it’s usually done differently. The labels usually print out in a sticker Instead of fixing it, he snapped at me, insisting it was fine and that I owed $6. When I questioned the price, he suddenly lost his temper, called me rude, and told me to “get out.” I was completely shocked. I calmly tried to get in another line, but he walked over and started yelling again, saying I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job and that I needed to leave. He then demanded I “take my AirPod out” and “look at him” while talking even though I wasn’t speaking to him at that point. I’ve never been treated this disrespectfully in a USPS location, especially as a regular customer. Another customer even offered to pay for me because they saw how out of line he was. This was unacceptable behavior from an employee representing USPS. I expect this to be addressed immediately and would appreciate a follow-up from management.
