I came in yesterday, Friday 11/21 and the worker was a rude women that wouldn’t even give me the time of day after they lost my package. Says delivered to this store but no one can find it. She didn’t even take my ID or tracking number, just said “nope we don’t have it.” Awful customer service. The only saving grace of this store is the nice man I spoke with today Saturday 11/22 who ACTUALLY looked into where my package may be and helped assist me with next steps after he confirmed it wasn’t at this location. Promote him and fire the other one.
