    The store was busy but Jermaine was working hard as the locations lone employee for the day, doing many things at once. His commitment to customer service was appreciated and he knew exactly what he was doing. Would highly recommend this location.

    I went to The UPS Store to have a form notarized. I had to go there because my bank that I have used for over 40 years wouldn't notarize the form. There was a long line when I arrived, but it moved very fast as the manager (working by herself) took care of everyone very quickly and efficiently. She could not notarize my form, but fortunately one her staff, Jermaine, is a notary and take care of me. Whether you need to ship a package or need a notary, The UPS Store should be your go to for business.

    Perhaps I chose the wrong day to try and mail a package. Was trying to make an Amazon return had already printed the label myself, and I had the return in the original box it came in. The girl at the counter, who appeared as though she did not want to be working, told me I had to have it in another box. Interesting though when we had gone in earlier that week, no one told us that but they told us if we didn’t print our own label we’d have to spend five dollars for them to print the label. It also did not help that there was someone else in the store who apparently was not working and did not come and help anyone at the counter. All I know is that if I ever have to go back to the store and that same girls at the counter I will turn around and walk away…. If note this was on a Sunday 9 Nov…. Maybe the manager can have a chat with the girl on customer service based on other similar reviews I’ve seen

    I want to state that its very rare for me to write a bad review because i know how sometimes we have out bad days but i really hate how this girl made me feel. I believe her name was Alexis her jacket was in the way and i didnt even want to stay and get her name.This was my first time ever doing a return from Amazon so I really didnt know how the process worked I walked in and asked the customer service rep how did the returns work because I had a few of them she started huffing and puffing as if I was inconvenience to her even when there was still 20 mins until the store closed she told me to just show her the item and then bar code with an attitude which I did then there must of been a mix up where certain items belonged to certain things she already bagged and thats when you can tell the real attitude started which she didnt hide she started talking to me as if I didnt understand English making me feel like I wasn't welcomed etc with every item i provided she huffed and said oh my godddd im ready to go already long story short it was a horrible experience and if I can avoid from ever coming to this specific location again I would thats how bad she made me feel

    This UPS Store location provides the worst customer service. I’ve gone to this location on multiple occasions because it’s the closest to me but I think I’m done now. On at least 3 occasions within the last year, they’ve created all types of obstacles with accepting my Amazon returns. Most recently, they rejected the box my item was in because it was a “manufacturer’s box”. It was a normal brown shipping box and it was what the item arrived in. I never even opened it. During that transaction, the customer at the register next to me was experiencing a similar issue with regards to her item’s packaging. Once we were outside, she told me I could go to any other UPS location and they would accept my package. She was right! I went to the one on Kennedy and had ZERO issues. It is clearly this location. All it wants to do is create obstacles. I’d highly discourage anyone from giving this location their business.
