  I don’t get emotional about UPS stores often but the team running this location is the best I’ve ever seen! I’ve come here many times, but this time was minutes before closing. I had several documents that needed to be signed, notarized and shipped and the staff worked with me through everything and stayed a little after but were so professional and courteous that I had to write a review. Thank you so much Alexis, Karissa and Jermaine!

  I had a very mixed experience at this UPS location. My first visit was frustrating—Alexis was dismissive, didn’t provide proper guidance, and I had to come back a second time due to unclear instructions. However, on my second visit, Miracle was truly exceptional—helpful, professional, and patient. I’d rate it a 3 overall: Miracle saved the day, but consistency matters.

  I originally had a very frustrating experience on Sunday when a staff member told me there was a $25 fee to pick up my UPS Access Point package. However, I returned to the store and another employee handled the pickup immediately. She scanned the package, the total was $0, and there were no issues at all. This makes it clear the Sunday representative either gave incorrect information or handled the situation improperly. I appreciate the second employee resolving it quickly, but management should ensure staff are properly trained on UPS Access Point procedures so customers aren’t given inaccurate information. Four stars is only for all the trouble I had to go through by calling Nespresso, UPS and getting Nowhere five stars to the lady that helped me tonight. Zero stars to the man working Sunday.

  Usually a great experience with this store but not today. The clerk who I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed extremely disinterested in being at her job. She definitely does not exude a customer service oriented attitude. She also proceeded to pop bubble wrap excessively despite being told to stop by what was probably her manager. Beyond annoying, it was purely disrespectful. Luckily, I was able to complete the transaction I needed to with a different clerk who was pleasant and helpful- the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star review. Very disappointed in my experience today and not sure I’ll return to this store for some time, if all.
