  I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store on Cross Creek. After waiting in a long line, I clearly explained how I needed my package shipped. The clerk did not appear to be listening and then stated she did not know how to process the shipment as requested. She attempted to reach a manager but provided no clear resolution. I chose to leave and visit another UPS Store, where my shipment was completed without issue. I then called the Cross Creek location to speak with management. The clerk hung up on me. When I called back, she initially denied being the one who answered the phone — despite being the only person behind the counter at the time. She later said someone would contact me regarding staff training. The lack of product knowledge was frustrating, but the unprofessional behavior and dishonesty were unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially after waiting in line. I hope ownership addresses both training and customer service standards.

  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. Please take your business elsewhere. Cashier extremely rude she yells when she talks . The cashier before her was very nice very polite. Now this women treat customers so badly. They will lose alot of customers. I mentioned the problem i know you can fix it . If you common sense you will get rid of her . Bad bad customer service

  Not sure why that guy tried to put the young Mike, the ups worker out like that with a video that shows nothing… we always get great service from him and the rest of the staff

  I needed some items scanned and emailed to me. I went to the Cross Creek store in Tampa, and Ky helped me out quickly, professionally, and courteously. I appreciate the good service.

  My regular store wasn’t available so I went here and had the displeasure of meeting “Mike/Michael.” After entering and greeting him, he began to rant and try his best to pull me into an argument. I didn’t take the bait, apologized that he might be having a bad day and tried to diffuse and redirect which in hindsight probably didn’t help because he clearly really wanted a fight. Attempting small talk to reset the initial interaction he became defensive when I asked his name thus likely gave me a fake one. All I know is he is black with dreads. Before leaving I again apologized for his bad start to the day but added I did not deserve for it to be taken out on me as I didn’t cause it. He continued to yell after me as I exited the store. Although this man is one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of coming across I genuinely hope he fully got out whatever it was he was so angry about on me, so no one else has to endure that. (After reading the reviews I’m seeing that this guy is a repeat problem, his picture is up in one of the reviews. This wasn't just a bad day this man is just a miserable person I’m questioning how he is still employed there).
