Both team members were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment I walked in. I visited the store for printing services and to ship an important package, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Anna guided me through the printing options with patience and attention to detail, ensuring everything came out exactly the way I needed. Kia assisted me with packaging and shipping, taking the time to explain the available services and helping me choose the most affordable and reliable option with a guarantee that gave me peace of mind. What stood out most was their positive attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help. It’s nice to go to a place where the lines are short and people are helpful. However, when you rely on a post office to be open, according to the post that opening hours, then it gets tricky when you show up, but they are closed prematurely, and you are left with no options. When you provide a vital service and it’s important to keep business hours or go online and let people know that they are closed.

I went into the store last week to fax off some very important documents.He said that the documents went through and I took the receipt and verification. I followed up on the fax, this morning and they never received them so I went back to the store and had them refaxed to the same number the same documents. He refaxed them and had the nerves to ask me for payment for the fax, that I already paid for that never went through. NOT, and I told him to call y police , I don’t care. IM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. . I also called and asked him to give my number to his manager and have him call me he hung up.
