  I was there at 7:54 am waiting in A LINE for the store to open and the lady was super late and came in with a bad attitude

  Today, at around 4:00 PM, I went to the UPS Store at 8870 N Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33614 to return a package. At the left-side counter (from the customer’s perspective), there was a white male employee with blonde hair working. I was standing in line, and when it was my turn, that counter became available. The employee shouted, “Amazon returns over here.” Since the other counter did not yet have anyone available, I told him that my return was not from Amazon. I said this because I understood that the counter might handle multiple types of services. However, the employee responded in a rude and sarcastic manner and said, “Then is that Amazon?” with an expression that made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I believe this behavior is highly inappropriate for someone in customer service. In addition to that, I saw the same employee throwing returned packages from other customers across the room into a pile, which I do not understand why he chose to do in front of many customers. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and could potentially damage customers’ packages. I am not sure if anyone else has reported this, but based on my experience today, it made me not want to visit this UPS location again, especially when compared to other branches that provide much better service. I would like to kindly ask the store manager to review this incident and take appropriate action, as I believe customers should not be treated this way. Thank you.

  I never leave reviews, but feel compelled after seeing the absolutely disgusting and hateful behavior of a female employee at this location the afternoon of 12/13/25. She was cursing and yelling about returns to customers that were completely kind and respectful. She was slurring her words and seemed intoxicated. She was also corrected by her coworker that the customer in line just needed to show a QR code and was in the right location for her return. A manager should be made aware of how unacceptable and unprofessional this woman’s behavior was. I will never return to this location.
