  I go to this UPS Store all the time to drop off packages, and Ines is always so helpful and efficient! She’s very friendly and makes every visit quick and easy. It’s always a great experience!!

  Mrs Heather from the UPS store in TAMPA at HIMES and Busch Blvd. She went above and beyond too help me too bring back 6 and also drop them off at the UPS. Thanks very much for helping me and being nice and patient with me with my order. I hate technology. I had a GOOD experience at the UPS store thanks too Mrs Heather. Take care stay blessed and well.

  This store has been convenient maybe one out of the hundreds of times I have used their services. The majority of my transactions there are Amazon returns but I have used their fax services, print services and shipping services in the past. It seems that every single time I go there there is a line of customers almost out the door. The wait times can be horrible. There is sometimes 2 employees helping customers but most times that I go there is one employee and they have to take their time with customers that do not understand that they were supposed to take their shipment to the post office as opposed to UPS. There are no trash cans for the customers to throw away trash in the store, if you ask it’s almost as if you are asking for a fight, do not ask the employee to throw away any of your empty packaging or plastics! Yesterday they were doing some construction in the store and I had 3 Amazon returns. I was told by the employee to come back tomorrow because they could not take any Amazon returns that day. So, I called today to make sure I can take my returns and there is an option to speak to a store representative that takes you to a voicemail for call back. It’s a simple question I needed answered before driving all the way down there. I only hope Amazon finds a new place where returns can be made close to this location because it seems that they are not wanting the business they make off of these returns. It does not appear that way at least! Update: since they did not answer the phone I drove all the way up there and arrived at 12:30 as always they did not disappoint! See pictures! By the way employees were inside!

  This place is truly the worst place you could ever visit to drop off a box. I'm returning a treadmill box. When Amazon calls up UPS, it says no box required, just print a label. Well, they don't want to accept it here. They send you to buy a box elsewhere. I wanted to buy tape, but they didn't have any, and they wanted to charge $8 for using theirs. I solved my problem with 1.50 in the dollar. I wanted to buy the tape to do it there, they didn't have any to sell. I went to another Ups and they treated me super well.
