  Folks, they keep the worse employee's and let the good, dependable ones go. The manager really needs to handle her stress better and deal with matters as they arise. Not the reputation you think of when you think UPS.

  The lady behind the counter was on her phone and didn’t greet me, the only person in the store, for several minutes. The least she could have said was “I’ll be right with you.” It made me feel like I was in the wrong place?

  This UPS is awful. They treat people with such sarcasm and don't help anyone. I came to make a shipment and all I got was rude treatment from this woman. It's disrespectful; they should fire her and give her a course in customer service and basic basic manners.

  The staff is excellent, consistently going above and beyond for me and other patrons, as I have observed. The service is remarkably swift.

  The manager at Store# 4230 in Tampa, Ines Bove, went above and beyond to help me send a package to my brother. His foreign address was a challenge, but her expertise got it done. I highly recommend her and this store.
