  If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me the correct tracking # but sent the wrong package to my mother in law. This was customized birthday presents that were engraved and I spent a lot of time making and packing her gift. They won’t answer any calls and I am out of the country not able to go into the store. Beyond frustrating.

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store today, Monday 3/02 around 3:30 PM. Lashawn went above and beyond to help me resolve some shipping issues I was having for my business. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and efficient experience because of her attention to detail and willingness to help. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my shipment was handled correctly. Outstanding customer service like this truly makes a difference.   I think it's ridiculous that they charge you to print a shipping label from their own brand but they give you a receipt on shipping label paper for free. I literally went up to FedEx and they gave me the shipping label for free for UPS

  Yesterday we went to this location for a notarization (appt recommended) and some help with labels for a return send condition. Heather did a fantastic job of getting that completed for us. Another reviewer said they get a lot of traffic and we saw the first hand for around an hour. She handled it all quite well. It should be noted that their system has conflicts with field inputs on certain addresses. This is something the store owner should look into. Just because an address has a Box number without a street address does not mean it is a PO Box. Government entities are an example of this type of address. Manual inputs should be allowed without the system self-correcting or the system should be well aware that these address are legitimate. We tried to have it labeled directly off the county document that we had to send out and the labeling system was too rigid. Anyways I highly recommend this location. May want to staff more than one associate working on a Friday. I get that is added payroll but it looks like it would be justified as A LOT of Amazon returns come through there.

  Beware this location's staff... they charged $38 for a simple power of attorney notarization... go to your bank where it's free but never here... they add fees no other notary adds... and they surprise you with the total cost at the end when there's no going back... response from the manager: "Power of attorney notarization is expensive"... 😡
