This is badgering.) Tia handled the situation so calmy, respectfully and factually, and especially because this customer seems to visit the store just to be mean, the professionalism amazes me even more. Nice job, Ms. Tia! I'll be back to see you all. Much respect!

One of the question I asked that do I need to do complete any type of form online prior to coming in. Her response was, in a rude manner "whoever told you to get finger printing should have told you wat to do" . I called another UPS store and I was informed that I have to go to a website called "Sterling Identity" and sign up and then bring a QR code that is provided by them. The individual who answered my call at Howard and Swann is pure incompetent or not happy working there. If you are a owner and reading this review, you should think about hiring more competent individuals if you care about your business
