- DLD L6 days ago1.0Worst delivery company ever! Was on the phone after my package that I paid for next day never came. Then the customer service verified my address and how I wanted it delivered and then they proceed to placed my delivery on a 24hr hold become of the "changes". After an hour on the phone I was lied to and was told the package would be at my house at 9pm. I called again at 830 and was told about the hold bullshit. This company is a fraud and a liar! They will tsoe your money and not think twice about you! I will do everything in my power to never use this company again!

The guy at one time had 9 people in line and was in no hurry whatsoever to accomplishing clearing the line. He had an oh well attitude. Management lost 6 of those waiting in line. It took him 25 minutes to help two customers. Poor management - try a different location unless you have 30+ minutes to wait.

He was so helpful, friendly, and clearly working hard! Handling multiple customers at once while still making sure everyone was taken care of. Steven did such a wonder job on the project, i did not want to be inconsiderate and print all 700 pages that I wanted but Steven insisted that he could take care of it because he is going on vacation. Steven, Onyx, Anthony went above and beyond every minute up to closing time to make sure i was taken care of as well as every other customer that walked though while i waited for 700 pages to be printed. Thank you to the angels here at this UPS store! Come here for your printing needs! You will not regret it! Steven and his colleagues will be making my wedding day that much more special. I can not thank them enough.
