  A couple weeks ago I was looking for a place to do quite a bit of printing for me when I discovered that my brand new BMW did not come with an owners manual offering only the option of an online search. So I started calling around different places where I’d had printing done in the past and happened to call this UPS Store. I had had printing down previously by Staples, Office Depot for a couple of very small jobs but this job was for a full-size “book“ of over 400 pages and I later decided to have a full-size version of another of our car manuals done and it was over 300 pages. I had been to this store for dropping off some Amazon returns in the past, but this of course was an entirely different job. I called all the regulars and then happen to call this UPS store. Christian answered the phone and I immediately felt like they were interested in my job and me. He explained to me all the options, different suggestions, etc. When he quoted me a price, I found that it was extremely competitive with other places I had checked, and he even took time to check with Melody, the manager to make sure he gave me the correct price for all of the printing, making covers, and spiral binding them. I stopped by a few days later with my thumb drive that had the owners manuals on them, and Christian immediately downloaded my files and gave me back my thumb drive.Melody Also greeted me andwas exceptionally courteous and took the time to answer my questions along with Christian. I stopped by in a couple weeks to pick up my printing, as I was in no hurry, and was presented with probably the best printing job I have ever seen and again all of this was at a very fair price. They had taken the time to print color covers for my owners manuals with spiral binding on them in a clear plastic cover. Just a beautiful job that even BMW would admire. Again Melody was extremely gracious as was Christian. As I was checking out to pay for my printing Melody said “you don’t happen to have a triple AAA membership do you?” And I said yes, and she said well we can reduce the price a little more. That came as a big surprise to me as I had no idea of this and she took the time and thoughtfulness to bring it up. In summary all I can say this is probably the most courteous and professional contact I have had with any small business during four decades of living in the Tampa Palms area of Tampa. Both Melody, the manager, and Christian an outstanding service rep are two of the nicest and most professional small business people that I have ever met. I cannot recommend them high enough, and they would always be my first choice in the future if I have any printing needs like this again. All I can say is thank you very much to Melody and Christian and of course to the two bulldogs which also added a nice touch to the store. UPS should be very proud to have these people represent them.

  The staff are always pleasant and efficient. It's always quick in and out. If only all businesses ran this well.

  Not only is this location a mess but they’re also slow and have three dogs just hanging around inside the store. I guess they don’t care about people with allergies who aren’t expecting dogs to be inside of a UPS. Take a drive and go to the next location down the road.
