Extremely grateful he was able to help me. Thar is what customer service is all about. Love coming to the ups and it means a lot they were able to accommodate even 30mins after close. Really nice people and I'll definitely be coming back.

This store is always clean and tidy and has the true spirit of a well run family business with a personal touch. The employees and owners (always on site) are always very polite and helpful. The employees stay for a long time which says a lot about the true character of the owners/operator. I am a boxholder and moved to this store because of how I was treated at another store nearby when there was a problem with a shipment. This UPS store is the most spacious (great for holidays), organized and clean that I have ever been in, which insures that your package is going to be handled properly and with care. Lots of carts readily available so that you don't break your back. Plenty of staff to get you in and out quickly, every day and especially during the Holiday Seasons! Thank you Lina, Eddy, Rita, Vinny and the rest of the team for keeping my business running smoothly!
