  Carrie Gola went above and beyond to facilitate a closing for me. A client was critically ill and Carrie went to hospital to complete paper. She was there in 30 mins once they were able to sign! I had great support through all my closings this month and Carrie managed them seamlessly. I would recommend her and Sunbelt Title 100%!

  Horrible, incompetent, inconsiderate. We’re using them for a cash out - refi. I work 2 jobs in town and out of town. They didn’t call to request a convenient time for me they just gave me a time slot, when I called to reschedule I had to call 3 times to get a confirmation. The one day of the week I worked around for them they call me the next day to explain they didn’t do the paperwork correctly and wanted me to come in. I told her I work, she scoffed and told me to come in on my lunch. I work retail pharmacy- leaving on lunch isn’t an option. I told her she could come by the pharmacy, she said she couldn’t and we would just hope the paper was accepted. They did the EXACT thing to my partner 2 days later. He went in and they called him to come back. It was 3 pieces of paper, does it take too much time for you to proofread 3 pieces of paper? And are you so inconsiderate of others you ask them to come in multiple times? I 100% would not recommend using this company. Horrible customer service and just simply lazy.
