  We closed a transaction with Joe Bennet at Sunbelt Title yesterday. The positive attitude, gratitude and helpfulness of Joe and his team was amazing and so refreshing! As a lender, there are plenty of challenges to deal with already..... it's wonderful when the title company acts like a partner and helps make things super smooth... 5 stars isn't enough for how awesome they were!!!
