Which i found out after driving all the way to another location. This location fraudulently advertises that it can be used for TSA precheck and takes walks in it can not. Absolute terrible experience and people. Take your money somewhere else.

I’m not sure why Amazon chooses to push people to Staples when Whole Foods nearby is a perfectly capable partner. I walked into Staples and asked the printing center where to do Amazon returns and she said any cashier. I walked up to the cashiers (all doing nothing chit chatting and said its only one person with a huge line) its not fair to all the customers waiting for a simple return. Also the gentlemen said “welcome to Amazon” when i asked if it was one person for one big line. Not really customer friendly. I really dread coming here. Even the entrance and exits are extremely annoying being one way.
