And you unhook my old dryer and left everything on the floor. And then tell your delivery guy to leave and you didn’t fix the problem. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Home Depot would never have done this. And I should’ve went with my gut. But I gave you guys and try. And this is the services I get. SHAMED ON RXO DELIVERY. SHAMED ON YOU. My lawyer will be getting involved ASAP..

This was perfect for planning the day around the delivery. 2 men showed up and my old mattress with removed with the brand new mattress brought right to my bedroom very quickly and efficiently. Paperwork signed and the entire process was complete in 15 minutes without issue. Thanks!

They were courteous and professional and had great personalities. The only issue was there was no electrical cable for the stove on the truck. This wasn't Don's fault and he provided a great service. Now someone has to come back with a cable and finish installing the stove. Hope this happens soon.
