Been at my home twice and couldn't properly install my New Maytag Washer and Dryer, scheduled to come by again for the 3rd time and they're a NO Show. Calling into RXO twice today, staff could barely speak english, hard to understand, gave them my Home Depot Order Number along with my cell number associated with the account. They (RXO) can't find a record of anything, meanwhile I have physical possession of my Maytag's. 1st Installer refused to put on "Plumbers Tape" around the water spigot threads because he pointed out the connection had a rummer gasket. And, didn't have the proper "Flexible" Ducting to hook up the dryer. But, he was nice enough to do a google search and recommend the "GE Flexible Dryer Ducting". GE Part No. PM8X73. When the Technician left, I followed through with a critical review of his performance and not using Plumbers Tape. Got a call from their Supervisor "Jessica" the next day saying she won't allow the GE Dryer Ducting to be installed but they'll come by the next Friday (12/12) and take care of the plumbing tape issue. Friday came around and Two (2) Technicians showed up but my Dryer Adjustable Periscope (Whirlpool Dryer Part)I ordered off of Amazon missed their prior delivery date. The RXO Technician (Yaidel Hernandez), who was very polite and helpful got his scheduling Dept. on his cell phone and arranged for him to come back on Tuesday (12/16) and finish off the Plumbers Tape for water hoses and Install the Whirlpool Dryer Vent Periscope. Here we are on Tuesday, a NO Show, called into RXO to find out where they are. 1st Representative (Anne Baldane) can't find any work order. Called in a 2nd time and spoke to "Alma" and she can't find any work orders either. All I can say is..... Stay Away from this RXO...!!!!!! Went into Home Depot and spoke to their General Manager about RXO and how bad they were. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "Yeah, I've heard that about their issues"......!!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I'll order my Appliances from Jessup's and they'll use another Delivery Company........!!!!!!!!! What a Clown Show RXO Logistic;s is.....!!!!!!!!!!
