- DWDarel WilliamsFeb 14, 20241.0They make you fill out all this paperwork so they can get counted for having people come in.When I finish the paperwork they told me stay there but I stayed till 10 and no work.Like everyone else they told me come back tomorrow I came back @5:00 am in the morning,seen two guys come in 2hours after and get right to work.When one of the guys passed me I ask him did he have a return ticket he said no I just filled finished my application….I COME TO REALIZE THAT ITS A BUDDY SYSTEM INSIDE PEOPLE READY.AT LEAST THE TAMPA NEBRASKA AND PLANT CITY BRANCH.THEY NEVER HAVE WORK I STAY IN TAMPA AREA THEY GIVE ME JOBS AWAY FROM THE AREA LIKE IN LAKELAND AND SARASOTA.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE PUT A STOP TO THIS BUDDY SYSTEM THAT IS GOING ON THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE JUST AWASTE OF TIME TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK.THANK YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY
