Very disorganized with no communication. Was told would be called back after contacting another branch about positions, no replies for days. After contact they replied with not knowing about position or what I was looking for. Iv called and visited 2 separate branches to receive this subpar service.

I asked why was this happening and she repeated saying first come first serve as if I didn't chose the ticket and talk to someone at the same branch 2 days prior when I chose the ticket.
