- JRJohnny RenfroeApr 24, 20242.0I ordered a custom sign from this company for my office and the sign turned out great but the communication and the amount of time to get the sign installed was awful! I constantly had to reach out to them to find out information. I was told multiple times it will be installed on a certain date then that day would come and go with no installation and no update. I would have to send emails to find out what happened and every time it was oh it will be tomorrow or it will be the end of the week. As nice as the signed turned out I can not recommend this company due to the lack of communication on their part and not knowing when you will get your signage installed.
