  I called MHD last week because one of our files disappeared, and I needed to have it restored from the previous night’s backup. The tech who assisted me (James) was extremely helpful, professional, and had the problem solved in less than 10 minutes.

  MHD Communications is a very responsive company that provides prompt and efficient service. They listen to the trouble shooting steps already taken internally and they take it from their. Sometimes remote accessing into our various computers when necessary to reconfigure some settings or add necessary applications or files. They pay close attention to detail and communicate the status when an issue takes a little while to resolve. We use them at all of our three Medical offices for all of our IT networking and telecommunication needs. I highly recommend them for all of your IT and telecommunication needs.   Our company turned to MHD at a time when our network was hit by a bad virus that our current IT people could not isolate or fix. MHD worked around the clock and pinpointed the issue and finally got rid of it once and for all. That issue happened a couple of years ago and we continue to use MHD. We just went through a MAJOR update of our server, desktop and managing software. We cannot say enough about how professional and on the ball MHD is. Highly recommend their services. Our issues are addressed timely, no matter how small or large they are. Thank you for your dedicated service and support Wade and crew.
