- CSChris StarlingJun 11, 20251.0I strongly caution against working with this company due to their unprofessional and harmful business practices. Their marketing efforts were abysmal, consistently mismanaging our phone numbers and overspending despite explicit instructions to stay within budget. They misled us about the contract amount, and when we requested adjustments, they failed to respond appropriately. Worse, they refused to grant us control over our own business property. After we left a review highlighting their poor performance, the company retaliated with tortious interference, actively working to harm our business--an issue that persists to this day. In a particularly vindictive move, they took down our website, which we paid for over a year ago, purely as retaliation for the negative review. We previously worked with BXB and Strategic America, and neither conducted business with such incompetence or malice. Beware of this company--they are unreliable and retaliatory.
