Today, they had their backs turned after helping one customer and when I approached the counter, I had to say excuse me to get their attention or else I would've never got helped. No greeting though, just a yeah use the self kiosk, and rolled their eyes and walked away. I called customer care in the past due to this ongoing behavior but they just apologize and do nothing about it. One time an employee snatched my package from me and threw it into the self service kiosk and rolled her eyes, all because I was confused initially on the self service kiosk and was standing in line to be assisted. Always a pain having to visit this location.
