  Barbara at the 4618 W. Kennedy blvd location was a tremendous help at Christmas. I came in unprepared needing to ship a pretty heavy ceramic Elvis statue to my brother and I was afraid it would break in transit all the way to another state. Barbara assured me throughout our interaction that FedEx could help me with my unique requests and even as I was walking out of the store she reassured me that the statue would not move lol. So, just to update my brother informed me that the statue arrived in one piece and it was very well packaged. Kudos to Barbara at this FedEx she really cares and follows through with what she says. Well done! 👍✅

  this is the best FedEx location on the planet. I was struggling making my wedding save the dates, but Anthony and Barbara saved the day. Anthony helped edit my photos to make sure they weren’t too dark, manipulated the sizing, printed about 100 different versions, etc to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. Anthony made this process so easy and I am so thankful!! Thank you to both Barbara and Anthony (give them both raises ASAP)!!!
