  Very disappointing experience. My sister and I came in just to print an engineering print. When I asked the employee, Liz, about printing it, she responded in a rude tone saying, “Yeah, I know what that is,” even though I never questioned that. While I was trying to talk to my sister, she told me to wait in Polish. Liz suddenly started laughing and claimed my sister told me to “shut up,” which was completely untrue—and she doesn’t even speak Polish. When my sister questioned her about it, Liz responded rudely again and tried to move on like nothing happened. We decided to leave because the interaction felt very unprofessional. As we walked out, she said “adios” to us, which also felt dismissive. Overall a very rude and uncomfortable experience. 1 star, but it should be at negative.

  Very disappointing experience today. At 1:20 pm my sister and I came to FedEx Office to print an engineering print and the employee helping us, Liz, was extremely rude from the start. When we mentioned the type of print we needed, she replied “I know what that is” in a very dismissive tone. While we were talking to each other about our order she was rolling her eyes at us and being very unpleasant. Because of how uncomfortable we felt, we decided to leave instead of continuing the order. As we walked out, she sarcastically said “Ok Adios” This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and not what you expect when coming to a business for help. Also there was another employee next to her who didn’t do anything about it and didn’t try to help us.

  I had the pleasure of working with Willie at this Fedex location. I needed help getting two large poster/yard sign style prints for my wedding table seating chart, and for the ceremony room. I also needed to get my ceremony programs printed. I tried going to a few other printing locations, but they were very hard to work with and it was going to take multiple days for me to get my items for my wedding. I called this location and Willie picked up and I’m so glad he did! He was phenomenal from start to finish. Everything I asked to be printed he got done for me within two days! I really appreciate that. He double checked the designs I sent him because they needed to be resized. Rather than charging me to resize or printing them incorrectly, he let me know what I needed to do to adjust my measurements so everything came out so beautifully! I highly recommend this Fedex location for printing all types of collateral but specifically make sure you ask for Willie!
