- NNNemoDec 16, 20251.0The most difficult carrier office I have dealt with.Especially The one guy I dread dealing with every day. I’ve noticed some other comments about him. We all know who I’m talking about. He’s completely overwhelmed if there is more than 1 customer and won’t let just you drop off pre labeled items like every other shipping office ever”sir let me finish business with another customer” in this most anxious tone ech it gives me a migraine!. It’s ridiculous. You can hear the anxiety in his voice. Guy is not cut out for customer facing work. Not like the FedEx monopoly cares. The only other FedEx is miles away very inconvenient for me. FedEx has the cheapest price for large items but I have to wait so long to drop off and I get so many ridiculous underpaid adjustments that seem false because I weigh and measure accurately and don’t have problems elsewhere. I’m going to stop using FedEx because the$5-20 I save on large items isn’t worth my time to stand there for even 10 minutes! These wagies can’t understand that and don’t respect you or your biz time. The managers need to educate them on dealing with commercial customers. When this FedEx decides they want to stop this retail nonsense freshen up their staff and be accessible to volume shippers I will do biz here again.

Every time I have to deal with him, he draws out the transaction, is difficult to deal with, ignores me, and I end up ha ing issues with the package. Try to avoid him
