    I came in today to print my RSVP cards for my wedding invitations along with envelope liners, and the staff was so kind and helpful! They helped edit the image so it seamlessly printed and went the extra mile to make sure they printed cleanly. Great customer service!

    I had to retun an item from a vendor and was issued a QR code to make a return with no box or label needed. I was told that I needed to pay for a box.I showed the return notice that it states no box no label needed and was told we will not ship without a box. I paid for a box for the item to be shipped but I was pissed. This is unacceptable and I refuse to use this facility again. The staff was not friendly. The tone that was used with me was unacceptable.

    I had a great experience here today. I came in for print services and the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and explained prices and options clearly. They made the process easy and efficient. Not sure why the rating is low — my experience was very positive. I really appreciate the good customer service. Thank you!
