I as told that I needed to pay for a box.I showed the return notice that it states no box no label needed and was told we will not ship without a box. I paid for a box for the item to be shipped but I was pissed. This is unacceptable and I refuse to use this facility again. The staff was not friendly. The tone that was used with me was unacceptable.
