- RMRebekah MabeSep 15, 20251.0I just went to print my labels here like I always do and though I came at 6:50 one label email wouldn’t send(and still hasn’t), and I asked the guy working, Matt, if there was a way he could help me once it became 7, and he told me there way but he won’t do it because he wants to leave. He never greeted me or asked if I needed help the whole time either. As a longtime customer here and someone who goes above and beyond for people in general, it was extremely unfortunate and won’t be coming back again for any business.

I cannot imagine how he would treat packages when no one is around. Dude, if you hate your job find another one. If my packages are damaged upon arrival, I'll know why. I'll be back in a week to update my review once I know how my products arrive.
