Cada uno me da una información diferente. La última que recibí fue de que no lo podían localizar, que estaba perdido. Después de 8 días, al fin supuestamente pudieron localizarlo, y la respuesta es que a mi que vaya a recogerlo. Ya luego que llamo para confirmar y llegar a recogerlo vuelven y me informan que no, que el paquete se perdió. No hay nadie que pueda dar una respuesta cierta al respecto. Desde el día 20 de octubre y hoy estamos a 28 recibiendo mensajes y excusas que no resuelven mi problema. Demasiado irresponsabilidad!!
