Service has been so bad that I’m seriously considering canceling my Sam’s membership until they use a different delivery carrier. I have filed complains with Sam’s and to the point of canceling the order completely as I haven’t received the product. AIT’s customer service is worse than their shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.

The first delivery time I set up, they never came because I didn’t confirm the delivery time within ten minutes of them texting me. The second time they said it was out of stock, and I was never contacted that it would not be delivered. I sat around for 5 hours and wasted my whole day waiting for a second time! Then that rescheduled delivery was lost in transit! How do you lose a mattress? I’ve wasted three days for this company to fail me each time. I took off work one of the days! Absolutely horrible company.
