While I waited, I observed both employees, Merlyne and Trenaye assisting the people before me. Both of them had amazing personalities. I am always in a rush and hate to admit that I am usually very impatient. Watching their interactions with others actually made my day. It is so rare to find people who care about their jobs but to also treat people with kindness rather than coldness. I always say that I will leave a review when I get home, but often forget. I am presently in the parking lot of the post office writing this. What a positive experience!!

From the moment I walked up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She was patient, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure all my questions were answered and that my shipment was handled perfectly. She was extremely professional not making me feel rushed because I had no clue what I was doing. She gave me her full attention. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about providing great service, but Melissa clearly does. She made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. The post office is lucky to have her!
