We have the informed delivery app that tells you when mail has been delivered here and it's never there until at least 3 or 4 days later because they don't sort the mail and are very lazy on top of very rude about it and unprofessional today is father's day and my husband can't even get his card because they have taken too long to sort the mail this is insane! Highly recommend going to a different location if you ever want anything in a timely manner, and as you know some things are time sensitive so tread carefully because you won't get your mail on time we have had this po box for a year and nothing has ever been on time and if it is it's a miracle Good luck
