I went to this location last week (on a Monday) to get a money order. There was one male employee working alone. He told me that he “ didn’t have any money orders right now” and to check back after noon when his partner was there. Sadly I am not shocked. I have a poor experience each time I visit. The employees at this location will have long conversations without acknowledging there are customers standing in line. Highly unprofessional.

Not sure if this is the right delivery station but: IT TOOK ME 4 YEARS TO EARN THIS DOCUMENT. SPENT MONEY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME. SAYS "BE GENTLE", IN BOLD, ON THE FRONT OF THE DOCUMENT. Someone from USPS bent up my degree in a mailbox. My associates was walked to my door 2 years ago.

Horribly unreliable. They will lose a package like it's their job to do so. I know they've already been investigated, but they need to be investigated again. Something isn't quite right with the Tallahassee Distribution Center and the post office locations in Tallahassee. The current package they've lost is the 10th one for me. That's it. No more USPS.

This is a nice little post office. It was surprisingly busy for a Monday afternoon, which in Tallahassee usually means half the city decided it was finally time to mail that thing they’ve been meaning to send since the last legislative session. Despite the crowd, the two clerks working the counter were fast and genuinely friendly. When a line formed you could almost see the “oh no, we can’t let this turn into the DMV” energy kick in. Highest marks for efficiency and customer service. The lobby could use a fresh coat of paint, but everything else was in good shape. The self-service kiosks were fully stocked with supplies, and the hours and last pickup times were clearly posted; very helpful for those of us sprinting in at the last minute like we’re trying to beat a buzzer at the Capitol. First-time visitors should prepare for the real challenge: entering from Centerville Road. This stretch of road moves at two speeds: very fast and extremely annoyed. The entrance to the post office appears suddenly right after a veterinary clinic parking lot, and if you miss it there’s no helpful connector … just a quiet moment of reflection while you question your life choices and circle the block. Best strategy: hit the blinker early, slow to a near-ceremonial crawl, and ignore the line of cars forming behind you. Think of it as practicing mindfulness, Tallahassee traffic edition. Oddly enough, the exit is perfectly easy to navigate and doesn’t have any of the same issues as entering. Apparently leaving the post office is much simpler than getting there, which honestly feels like a metaphor for government processes in this town.
