some of the rudest people i’ve ever encountered. nasty attitudes and extremely unhelpful. i ended up going across town to a different usps because they sent me away and told me they couldn’t help me with sealing a package.

You must stand in line for them to scan your packages to confirm that the system will see that you dropped off the items on that day. Otherwise, it may take anywhere from 2-5 days for them to scan your package and move it to the distribution center. Not great if you are a small business owner and customers are asking why their package is taking so long to ship. Centerville and Adams locations are much better about processing packages that day or the next.

No one is ever at the counter, nasty attitudes as well. If you don't like your job find another one! I can't call any names so this goes for everyone!

the WORST experience I have ever had. Angela is the rudest employee I have ever spoke with in my whole lifetime. Do not go here at all costs unless you absolutely have to. They do not care about you or helping you one bit. Should not even have a job, it’s very sad.
