    I have never had more of a disappointing experience with a store. An important package was delivered, and when I went to pick it up, I was told I had to wait a couple of days to be able to actually receive my item. The workers told me that they were still sorting through packages from 2+ days ago, so I would have to wait at least two days to get my own package, but they couldn't even give me an estimate nor were able to contact me when pick-up was ready. Safe to say I was very dissatisfied with the service.

    Well…. If I could give this store a minus five I would. This has to be the most unprofessional UPS Store I have ever been to. I have written just a handful of comments in my lifetime but I felt compelled to write this one, so people avoid this store if they can. Today I dropped off some returns for Amazon and was told that they will not accept them without a box. I explained that Amazon does not want them in boxes because they want less packages on the road. The woman named Cynthia said that I was required to purchase boxes from them to return it. After some back and forth with her she agreed to take the packages. After six hours waiting for them to scan them my husband called to speak with a manager. My husband explained to him what his employee did. The manager named Chris belittled my husband, told him he himself had to pay for boxes and proceeded to say profanities on the phone to him. In these situations you wonder what’s UPS doing and allowing their employees to say, and do to their customers. I contacted UPS headquarters and the mater is being looked into. Meanwhile my Amazon packages are sitting in limbo.
