  FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this FedEx location. On April 22 around 6:50 PM, I arrived approximately 10 minutes before the posted 7:00 PM closing time simply needing to print two small documents — a process that would have taken only a few minutes. The employee immediately and loudly told me the store was closed. When I calmly pointed out that FedEx’s posted closing time was 7:00 PM, I was told in an aggressive tone that the store “actually closes at 6:55.” I politely asked whether an exception could be made given how small the request was, and was refused. What happened next was even more concerning. When I briefly returned to respectfully ask to speak with a manager and verify the policy, the employee immediately escalated the situation by yelling at me in front of another customer and behaving in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. She refused to let me speak with a manager or provide any management contact information and instead told me to come back the next morning. The issue was not simply being turned away a few minutes before closing — it was the hostility, aggression, and complete lack of professionalism during the interaction. No customer should feel uncomfortable or intimidated simply for politely asking a question. I’ve been a FedEx customer for years and have never experienced anything remotely close to this level of poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and using another FedEx Office in Tallahassee if you expect professionalism or respectful treatment.

  I’ve been to this North Monroe location 3x ask for different reasons and every time, the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Courtney was a life line while I was figuring out shipping items for my job and made a hectic situation go smoothly

  These people are the rudest of anything I have ever witnessed. I printed out two documents and I got a receipt only one printed, I was charged for two and I simply asked them if they could help me and she was so rude condescending and so was he telling me that I had to wait for all the other people that came in after me. I let them know I had to get to the post office and I was there first. You can print documents out yourself but if the second document didnt print out, and I was charged for it and trying to show my receipt. somebody should help and not make you stand there and wait for 20 people to go up there with their packages when I have to get to the post office and was there 1st before those people. And then he saying well that's a self-service I said I understand that and I don't have a problem I know how to do it I'm trying to tell you I was charged for the second document and didn't come out I can show you the receipt and they're like well you have to wait you have to wait knowing I had to get to the post office before they. Closed.anyway I'm a very patient person but just not with rude people so I was rude back like they deserved. Americans are tired of being charged by these corporate companies who take our money and don't deliver and then you got customer service people who hate their job who don't know how to deal with people at all. I went to office Max on Monroe and they were nice as can be very polite. I asked if I could borrow a highlighter just to outline a small sentence and he goes I don't have any I only have this one with no ink these people are rotten to the core and extremely condescending. I am also in customer service and I do not act that way. Why should I have to wait for 20 people when I was their first and it's their printer that didn't print me out the document but still charge me for it. And then I read her the code three times and she's like what what what what what what like instead of looking at me when I'm talking to her so she can see what I'm saying she's got her head turned and then she keeps telling me what it's like pay attention lady for God sakes. So they refused to give me my document charge me for it and I had to pay for it again which is unacceptable and I am making a formal complaint to corporate it's not about the money it's about the behavior of these people it's actually the second time I went in there and both times they were rude. Very condescending and rude. And then because we were arguing in front of customers he's trying to act all fake with everybody else acting all nice but he's not nice he's a arrogant jerk and so was she. Both do not need to be working there. I would like corporate to look at the cameras this was around 4:00 p.m. on April 17th. You will hear her tone of voice towards me after I said very nice that the 2nd document did not come out but I was charged for it and she was rude in her tone of voice. I will never go back there. If you need help printing stuff do not go there, I would suggest go to OfficeMax they are sweet as pie he let me borrow his highlighter he was very helpful and he was very polite and he had a nice tone of voice unlike these people who think it's ok to rob the public with charges and not giving you the documents.. and if you think I'm lying go on the camera whoever owns this company and you'll see for yourself the way they act towards the public who they see no problem with taking money but not fixing the problem. I don't have to be nice to two very arrogant losers who hate their jobs and obviously have zero customer service etiquette. I call it how I see it. I should have called the police for stealing my money the documents did not come out and she was rude about it instead of apologizing for it and being nice she was just completely rude please look at the camera and you'll see the way she spoke to me to begin with. This is why the public is fed up with people who work and want business but don't care at all about the customers at all and talk to people rude.

  I was making copies and the printer got stuck. The cashier turned off the printer and I went to the other one. I was worried about my card amount. I had originally 35 on it. The cashier said I had no money. I wanted to file a police report. She said good luck with that. I asked her to double check but she just went and called the manager. She was very disrespectful. with the manager on the phone I asked again to double check. The money was on the card. I wanted to have a paper validation but she said she couldn’t do that. The next FedEx is way out of my way but her rudeness was so intense I didn’t want to do the rest of my work as far as laminating. She said so you better be on your way instead of being happy I didn’t file a police report for the missing money.
