- HSHeike SanfordFeb 20, 20261.0This Post Office used to operate efficiently, but this week’s experience was unacceptable. I received an orange slip in my mailbox instructing me to pick up a piece of mail, so I waited in line for more than 30 minutes to retrieve it. When I finally reached the counter, I was handed the item immediately—no signature required. It was Priority Mail Express, which could have been placed directly into my mailbox and delivered days earlier. No apologies, nothing. When mail that could have been delivered is instead held for pickup without cause, it creates unnecessary delays and additional barriers to receiving time‑sensitive items.

I replied "is this the post office?". I was met with a long winded reply about how they're the janitor and they dont have time. then hung up. called back a few more times and was hung up on every time. terrible service and non-existent professionalism
