- CGCitlaly G.C.Jul 17, 20251.0I’ve been to this location twice. The one lady who works there I have encountered on both occasions. She’s just so rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. The first time I walked in, I almost walked back to my car and cried because of how rude she was. Today, I walked in and when I asked for something she said “I just asked you that.” I just left and said “don’t worry about it.” I completely understand that people have bad days sometimes as well, but the fact that this ladies attitude never changes is not appropriate for what her job is.

I replied "is this the post office?". I was met with a long winded reply about how they're the janitor and they dont have time. then hung up. called back a few more times and was hung up on every time. terrible service and non-existent professionalism
