On mulitple occassions package tracking will update to delivery attempted but no access which is a straight lie. If you can't come and it is delayed, say so, stop with the lies. Not sure what the last investigation revealed but whatever the takeaways/action items were, they definately haven't improved the service yet.

The postal workers were not influenced by the negative attitudes of customers. They were helpful, courteous and engaging. Spent a long amount of time with one older customer helping her understand the options of different shipping. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
