There was only one person working, and the line was 10 people long the whole time I was there. As I left at 12:30, and the line was still 10 people behind me, I expect the poor lady working (who is always very nice) didn't get much or any lunch break the hour this office is supposed to be closed. This office is always busy, and the Christmas holiday makes it way worse. Why isn't there ever a second person working during peak hours?

Luci is always very helpful and impressively efficient, but there is always a line (especially with the holiday season). It seems like they could use another person on staff to back her up!

It’s amazing how many customers she is able to help, efficiently and quickly, all by herself…with a smile and enjoyable attitude. It’s my understanding that the powers that be will not staff this location with additional help, which makes no sense. Every time I visit this location there is a line of customers waiting, and the Christmas season makes it even worse. Thank you Luci for your bright, helpful, and pleasant attitude in a hard situation for you. I appreciate your efforts.
