But today I found out by the tracking number they never gave my package to the delivery truck. I paid for Notary and for next day shipping. The owner, which is an Indian lady that would not give me her name. Said it was my responsibility to keep tracking it until it found. They have no responsibility for my package. Those are the words that came out of her mouth. The lady that works for her, the owner had to hold her back. She was so angry because I asked for her boss name. This store is very Unprofessional And if something goes wrong that they’re not responsible. You’re paying your money, hoping that it will get to the destination. The owners use words like you need to listen to what I’m explaining to you. When I ask for my money back or to redo it. Got very angry and aggressive. And asked Why was I angry? I just wanted my money back or to get it done over!!!!
