  The employees behind the front desk were so nice to me when I wasn't even a customer. This ( to me) speaks volumes for a small store in this area of Tallahassee. Many customers came and went and I was privy to witness two of them praise their services that they received. I also witnessed a woman who got a package a day late; put a claim in. All three of these were handled by the staff with a smile. It is the size of a regular UPS store and is very clean, fast and full of supplies. Get your copies, while you ship your package at the same time. They can handle it. These ladies don't need a "That was easy" button to get it done. Oh yeah, the manager was really great also in the way he was cool and collected .Keep up the good work UPS Store

  My package that I send overnight for a real estate closing was lost. The staff would not help me and were very unprofessional, They kept saying that they are not UPS although UPS is written all over the store and their shirts. They said that I need to go somewhere else to resolve the issue. They would not even give me a phone number that I call to check on the package. The assistant manager Kya was so rude. I will never ship or use any UPS store again.

  Had a package shipped to my daughter in Oregon and paid extra for her to receive it in 2 days. Package was NOT delivered and she missed her payment for her school. There was a reason for sending it to get there in 2 days, not 3 or 4! When I called, there was young man who didn't seem to know what he was doing and I was to get a call back from the manager to file a service failure request, well....NO call back and the Black girl who typed up the address cant spell! First she spelled my name wrong, spelled my daughters name wrong so if you're not sure how to spell names, ASK! I will never go back to this store, I will go to FedEx office or Easy Mail. This store is NOT competent enough to even be open! If you ship a package here and want it to get to its destination, you best watch your tracking but getting this business to help you when its late is like pulling teeth! Forget it, you wont get help
