She did not apologize or acknowledge what she had done and instead expected me to pick it up myself rather than returning it to my hand. That moment was deeply hurtful and humiliating. I stood there feeling dismissed and devalued, as if basic respect and human decency did not matter. This experience stayed with me long after I left, and it truly broke my heart to be treated this way after being a loyal customer for so many years. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and I hope this is taken seriously so no one else has to feel the way I did today.
