Sometimes there’s a short line and sometimes long, but it’s really a gamble with my time. Because of this, I usually use usps since I know I can just drop off my packages there. But if this store had that option, I would prefer to use them.

Told the one employee on shift i had two packages to return to Amazon but they were in the same box because that’s how it was shipped to me. He kept asking me if I wanted to separate them and I explained they were given to me like this and that’s how I was going to return them. He then proceeded to argue with me saying “I am not Amazon” and kept going back and forth with me when I kept explaining this is how I was given the package and I had the two separate labels I just wanted to return it and leave. Afterwards, he said that because it is Amazon they are required to put them ins separate bags, which makes me think why are you arguing with me about separating them on the first place. After the packages were separated and labelled, he asked if i wanted to keep the box or if I wanted him to toss it in the dumpster, i responded nicely and said you can toss it if that’s okay. He then grabbed the box and angrily threw it across the room and it hit the counter and said “well that’s not my job”. if that wasn’t your job why are you giving me the option at all. this was the worst experience i have ever had at a UPS Store, the lack of customer service in this man is insane, he was very disrespectful and it was noticed by other customers in the store.
