  I have never had more of a disappointing experience with a store. An important package was delivered, and when I went to pick it up, I was told I had to wait a couple of days to be able to actually receive my item. The workers told me that they were still sorting through packages from 2+ days ago, so I would have to wait at least two days to get my own package, but they couldn't even give me an estimate nor were able to contact me when pick-up was ready. Safe to say I was very dissatisfied with the service.

  Employees are helpful, and their printing services are always excellent. Because they serve the entire campus, there does tend to be a line at peak periods.
