    Very disappointed in the customer service of this store. After making a prepaid order that just needed to be picked up from 5 hours away so we could have business cards for our Tallahassee trip, we were 5 MINUTES late after closing. Spoke with 2 employees- didn’t need to shop, just simply pick up our paid business cards. Nope- would not do that. Very disappointed and frustrated.

    I recently visited Staples to purchase copy paper for my church, and I had a fantastic experience. Justin was incredibly helpful; he even assisted me in loading the paper into my car!
