At this address there is listed a “Florida Division of Business Administration” I photographed requesting a check from me for a business certificate of status for $97.25. THIS IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY! You can receive a Certificate of Status from the Department of Corporations (SunBiz), an actual government agency, for $5. I attempted warning this Staples in good faith on a phone call, however they did not pick up after 5 minutes, hence the 1 star. The Florida Attorney General will be contacted regarding this scam.

Fast forward to 10:58 AM, Missed a call this morning from the store, but they stated in the voicemail “They reroute orders of 1000 cards or more to be printed off site and shipped to store, but to CALL THEM to discuss my options. I returned the call at 11 AM; and the store associate DAVE, states “oh we’ve already rerouted the cards, it’ll take a week”. Like how in the hell within 2-3 MINUTES, have you already made a decision for me, THE CUSTOMER. Mind you the order is already paid for
