- TBTodd BoxDec 31, 20255.0One half the price of other shippers. I needed to send two documents in 3 days to Athens, Greece. Other shippers wanted $214 this store charged $114! A hundred dollars less. The staff is very professional and since I never shipped to Greece before they waited until I got my friend on a video call to Greece to verify the information I was putting in for the address was correct. I have never had this level of service anywhere ever. Beyond excellent. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Thank you very much.
- AAalleahDec 18, 20251.0We went in here just to print some copies of a resume. We were greeted by a worker when we walked in and that was the only positive interaction here. We needed help to figure out how to print as the machine is charging us for how long it was taking us to just learn how to use it. When trying to ask for help, the worker just told us we have to wait for the meter to go out, let it charge us, and pay again to print. But he never moved to actually help us, even though I obviously still wouldn’t know how to work the machine. So we left after paying for literally nothing and getting no help. And when we left, crickets.. no “have a good day” or anything. Awful customer service and a waste of my money and time.

So I went to this, FedEx typed up a cover letter for my documents, printed it here in the store. I was assisted by two different clerks. They were awesome and absolutely friendly. If I’m ever in Tallahassee, I need to ship something again, I’ll surely come to this location. Yes, it was about $41 to ship a flat envelope to a building 1.9 miles away but it’s saving me a three hour round-trip drive from my home to come back Monday. In my case, the fee was acceptable versus my time and due to the important nature of the documents that I need filed.
