I went in simply to copy some papers, but the process became unnecessarily complicated. When I asked for assistance, the employees at the desk did not provide any help or guidance. Despite being in the store for about 45 minutes, no one made an effort to follow up or ask if we needed help. It felt as though we were left to “figure it out ourselves,” which is unacceptable for a customer-facing business. I expect better service and professionalism from a company like FedEx Office. I hope this matter is addressed with the staff at this location to ensure that future customers receive the courtesy and assistance they deserve.
