I waited in line with my 2 year old daughter to get information about priority shipping internationally and the lady working today 1/6/2021 at 1pm was extremely rude and acted as if I was annoying her. I did my time and waited patiently in line so when I came back to ship the items I would be fully prepared and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. If you have an issue with working on a Saturdays and attending to the public you need to look for something else. I will not return and recommend that no one does!!!

Mail is undelivered, delivered to strangers, not forwarded as ordered, not held as requested, or simply "lost" or destroyed. There is to reason to keep this office open in order to pay employees who clearly refuse to work. A waste of our precious taxpayer dollars!
