II've been coming to this store for nearly a decade and shipping (or returns) is always a smooth experience. Carlos was my go-to for years but he has since moved, however the rest of the staff is fantastic as well. Professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. When I need shipments guaranteed to arrive overnight or 2 day, I come here. Even with the occasional long lines, 2 or 3 employees at the desk gets you to the front very quickly. Ive noticed most of the negative reviews are from 6+ years ago or don't have anything to do with this particular store.
